Posting
Post in your Sunset Stingray's chat room a minimum of 3 times per week, daily would be EXCEPTIONAL
BLC states that we must post at least 3 times on 3 separate days every week.
Posting is not just updating us on your progress and ignoring what others are discussing, It's only friendly to post to others, we do not expect you to post to each and every Stingray's post it can get a bit overwhelming at times, so just do your best to post to who you can and when you can, especially to those that are responding to your post. If at any time you feel someone is being offensive please sparkmail one of your Captains so we can help clear up any misunderstandings.
Track you meals daily
If you are not currently tracking your meals you will be asked to start doing so in the very near future, you may use any form of tracking that you wish. Sparks has a great nutrition trackers, some choose an outside website for tracking and some choose the pen and paper method the choice is yours. You may be doing Weight Watchers with the point system so your tracking might be a bit different. But the point is EVERY Stingray must start tracking their meals daily.
A little later into the challenge we will be
AIMING for you to start staying in your Calorie, or Point range you will get there, we didn't gain all these bad habits overnight.
SUNSET BAYOU ~ TRACKING ROOM
You will have access to our Sunset Bayou Tracking Room
This place is where all your Tracking will take place, NO tracking in the Sunset Stingray's Chat Room we try to keep the chat area for just that chat, we don't want anyone getting lost with to many trackers while trying to read post.
Your Sunset Bayou tracking room is set up for your Weekly weigh-in, your challenges will be posted there we will have one post for the Actual Challenge and then you we will have a Challenge Tracker section so you can set up your Tracker.
Everyone is expected to have a challenge tracker posted, and any points must be tallied up by the end of the challenge.
FITNESS MINUTES
As a Sunset Stingray you will be expected to set your STARTING weekly Fitness Minute goal.
(Fitness minutes must be posted on your weigh in trackers on Wednesday along with this weeks weight)
YOU NEED TO HEAD OVER TO THE SUNSET BAYOU
AND POST YOUR FITNESS MINUTE GOALS TODAY!!!
LCW (Last Chance Workout)
You will be expected to dig deep either on Monday OR Tuesday and knock out as many fitness minutes that you can.
We would love for you to burn your MAXIMUM calories before your
Wednesday Weigh In
(LCW minutes can just be put into your Fitness minute trackers on your weigh in tracker, will grab the numbers from there so there is no extra posting on your part.)
Challenges
You will be expected to Participate in our Weekend challenges, along with some mid-week mini challenges.
Again 100& Participation is expected! NOT perfection.
If you cannot participate in the weekend challenge you MUST notify one of your Captains to be excused from that challenge.
We will have 2 MANDATORY BLC24 Challenges!!
This is where all 20 BLC24 teams go Head to Head on a Weekend challenge!
Weeks 1 & 6
So PLEASE we can not STRESS enough how important these challenges are to your TEAMMATES that are counting on you to PULL some great NUMBERS, remember we are in this as a TEAM!!
Weigh In's
Weigh In is to be posted in your Sunset Bayou's Tracking Room
Weigh In's must be posted by midnight in your time zone on Wednesday's
2 missed consecutive (Unexcused) Weigh In's you will be moved to Floater
3 missed Excused/Unexcused Weigh In's you will be moved to Floater
Sparkpages/Your Name
You must have your Spark page open to your Teammates no private pages allowed! We will encourage each and everyone to visit your teammates spark pages, send goodies or just stop in and say Hi!
Also if you could put your Name in your signature box's we find that it helps your teammates to remember you better and easier to respond to you by your given name.
Support
We hope that you will devote yourself 100% to helping and giving your fellow teammates the support that they will need over the next 12 weeks, we are in this together so be kind and let's not leave any Sting Ray Behind!
